-- a time that can be long or short by the clock. Someone called for help while six of us (including staff, John, and a patron who is a registered nurse) said encouraging words and touched him. I allowed others to attend to him on a physical basis, and focused my attention at another level.

I put my hand on his back and asked silently "Are you going to die?" to which came the answer: "It is time." My thoughts raced with a series of follow-up questions: "Time for what? Time to live? Time to die? Time to dance?

    Affiliate Success - From Marketing
Affiliate Success for the Newbie.1. About 2 years ago I embarked on becoming the rich affiliate marketer, after all the emails and webmail information that appeared in my inbox telling me that I was going to get rich quick if I joined the world of affiliate marketing. Offer after offer came pouring into my inbox, promising free money for me if I advertised the material using my special link provided by the author of the product.2. I do believe that it was possible to become more financially comfortable, but not rich, I made the many mistakes that anyone promised riches would make when faced with the opportunity to make a rack of money for what seemed very little work, how wrong I was and how foolish not to take a time out moment and look carefully at was being offered. I do not doubt the validity of Clickbank, the authors and the products, they were all good quality (I bought most of them).3. I want to let you know that had I done 2 years ago what I am doing now, I would have been much more financially solvent 2 years ago than what I became at that time. I bought lots of promotional software, spent money on promoting my links and gained very little. The secret that I had missed was that my links were being taken and used for other persons gain.<
Friday Night, Week Before Christmas, 1999

This night I arrived a little before the crowd, just minutes before the tables with stools near the small dance floor were taken. Harvelle's, a popular Santa Monica night spot which draws an upscale crowd, is known as "The Home of the Blues, R&B, Funk, and Rock" with live music and dancing every night. With its no-smoking environment and sounds for both the ears and the feet, it is a pleasant place to spend an evening. I go for the listening and the dancing.

After enjoying a dance with a young man, I wove my way back through newly arrived patrons to my carefully chosen seat. After a sip of my Pellegrino, I felt compelled to return to the edge of the dance floor. My rational thought was to take my turn with one of the regulars, John, a trained dancer who arrived some twenty minutes earlier. I noticed him and a man I had not seen before -- both the same vintage, about 50, and the same height, about 5'8", but John as light as and the unknown man as heavy as that frame can hold.

John changed partners on the dance floor, so I made eye contact with this other man who, like John, had been dancing with a variety of partners since his arrival. We danced and exchanged pleasantries. We laughed. We smiled. I noticed that his flesh tone was similar to mine, light and peachy; his eyes as intense as my own blue eyes, but brown. It was obvious that he loved to dance. He led adeptly; I followed easily. In the middle of our dance, he commented, "You'll probably need to take your jacket off because you'll get warm." I smiled, knowing that likely I would very soon peel it off, but for the time being the fan above the dance floor was keeping me cool.

At the end of the dance, I turned toward the band to acknowledge the musicians with my applause. When I turned my focus back to my partner, I saw that he was no longer standing beside me, but was face down on the floor. The other dancers and I assumed he was joking. But not so. The band stopped. Time stopped. This time held all eternity -- a time that can be long or short by the clock. Someone called for help while six of us (including staff, John, and a patron who is a registered nurse) said encouraging words and touched him. Optimum Health Mathematics
Optimum health math is based on four simple elements.Food, energy, health and wealth. Once you see the relationship, your energy levels, productivity, and bank accounts will skyrocket.I use this simple equation for the foods I eat and the lifestyle I've adopted.Dead food = dead energy. What does this mean?If the food is dead or cooked, you're not getting the best nutrition possible. It doesn't necessarly mean that you stop eating everything cooked or eat raw meat, it means that you just accept the formula and with that knowledge you can create massive energy or just cruise along at medium altitude at what ever you do--just with the foods you eat.The more raw, the better. Many people interpret this as being a vegetarian or being a vegan. Sometimes just being a vegetarian isn't enough.I've seen many that are a little tight around the waistline and wonder--if they're not eating meat, what's going on... they should be thin and healthy, right?Well there're pasta-tarians, and bread-aholics and rice-a-ronis and a bunch more. Is being any of these bad? Nope. It just means you're not gearing yourself for maximum success...Now let's look at another optimum health equation:Optimum health = maximum wealth.<

Will He Cheat? How to Know
There is no guarantee that one person will cheat. There are signs that make it more likely for one person than another. Only you can decide if you want to take a chance. Just be aware that you are betting you love and if you love it my hurt your whole family.1. Did he give up a lot of women to be with you? Now this may seem flattering, but it can actually be a bad sign. Things go in cycles. Many guys get tired of playing the field and then want to settle down. This can be interpreted as settling down, but when he gets rest, he may be ready to roam again. Now the guy will tell the woman that this is not true. Not all the time, but many times. After a while with the same woman, it will get boring and the guy will want the old excitement that he once had. This is when he will cheat.2. Would he tell if he saw his friend's girl cheating? This is important because most men that are going to cheat will not tell on others. They wont even tell their own best friend. They wouldn't do it because they would not want someone telling on them.3. Would he consider kissing cheating? This shows the level of intimacy that he considers cheating. Most people would consider this cheating, but the potential cheater will not. Many times this is how they

How To Treat Yeast Infections: Natural Help That Works!
Candida Albicans, also referred to as yeast, is an irritating medical condition that is very widespread and often misdiagnosed. It is so often misdiagnosed because of its many symptoms, and most doctors are not familiar with it unless it manifests itself as thrush, jock itch, or a yeast infection. The yeast problem is really two faceted. It shows itself as localized infections, like rashes, or vaginitis. It can also show itself as the more serious systemic reactions like sinus headaches, ear aches, foggy thinking, mood swings, depression, cravings for sweets and other high carb foods, achy joints, rashes or hives, a white tongue and many other health complaints. There are some common factors among people who suffer from Candida which include:• Use of antibiotics• Stress• A diet high in sweets and carbs• Junk food• Steroids• Birth control pills• Heavy alcohol consumptionThere is hope, however. As a nutritional consultant I see clients and help them to clear up their yeast naturally. Depending on their commitment to ridding their body of this yeast overgrowth there are a couple of ways to address it.For those that are not quite ready to make a diet change, the first thing that I recommend is gettin

The Most Useful Coaching Models to Use
A life coach uses many models to meet the needs of his/her client. Depending on the type of life coaching course you attend the number of models and the type of models that can be used by a life coach varies. Some of the models are the six levels of coaching, the CLEAR model, Solution focused coaching, the story telling coach, transformational coaching, the GROW model etc. Among these models nothing is as useful as the GROW model. The GROW model was developed in the U.K and used extensively in coaching during the late 1980s and 1990s. The GROW Model enables you to break down an issue into its constituent parts. It is one of the best known and widely used models. The reason for its popularity is that it provides a simple but powerful framework for navigating a route through a coaching session. It also provides a means of finding your way when you are lost. Lots of coaches have used it and it is described in number of life coaching manuals and books. GROW stands for Goal, current Reality, Options and Will. These are the four elements of a coaching session. The GROW model can be applied to individual sessions, group sessions, a part of a session or to series of sessions. Whatever type of session you apply it to the principle remains the same. This is how it works.A

I put my hand on his back and asked silently "Are you going to die?" to which came the answer: "It is time." My thoughts raced with a series of follow-up questions: "Time for what? Time to live? Time to die? Time to dance?" I reminded myself to breathe. My impulse "to do" something shifted back to the consciousness "to be" with this moment. I recognized that to be a non-anxious presence was more important now than any action I might take. My inner guidance confirmed that his spirit was very much alive, but was no longer in his body. I felt his spiritual presence more strongly than I had earlier. My fearlessness of physical death and my previous experiences of observing the process of transition from physical to nonphysical anchored me in blessing the richness of this moment.

Words of encouragement and gentle touches came to this man on the floor from those in the inner circle; those in the outer circles bore witness to the event. Drawn together for entertainment in this intimate space, we found ourselves joined by the invisible web of human kindness with varied reflections and perspectives on life and death.

In the muted sounds of the club, I picked up odds and ends of information. Echoed through the room was the knowledge that no one present knew this man's name. Staff confirmed to each other that he was not drinking. A gold ring on his left hand announced he was married. In the absence of facts, I speculated on his circumstances. Perhaps he was an out-of-town business person unwilling to fight the Friday night outbound traffic at LAX. Perhaps he lived in Chicago or Boston, with a wife and children not expecting him home until sometime the next day. A staff member tapped me on the shoulder, bringing me out of my speculation, and signaled that I was to move aside for the police and paramedics. I slipped back into linear time and realized that, by the clock, their arrival was swift.

I moved to the outer circle, but not for long. The staff pointed me out to a police officer who asked for my identification. In my tiny purse I carried only my keys, my driver's license, and some cash. I learned from the early morning jogging club the importance of carrying identification when going out to walk or run, just in case...... Going to a bar or buying wine,
